Default elite dungeons

omg they should totally make dungeons and high level dungeons kinda like they've done with DoA and Urgoz but more unique bosses with great drops per dungeon, and with tier of dungeons leading up to one of the dragons that wake up in GW2. yes i know its kinda like the raiding system in wow but gw already made it so that 8+ ppl working together is no problem so it shouldnt be too hard and its awesome.

ex:

dungeon 1 > dungeon2 > dungeon3> main highest level dungeon

ps - oh and make none of the dungeons soloable or exactly farmable without full goood teams working together

My Ideas on:
+Character Transfer!
You get the option at a high level (maybe the cap) to prove yourself worthy of your ancestor's power by a ghost. It would be like Ascension, and at the end you get minipets, titles armor, weapons, all the Monument stuff.
+Class/Race combos:
All races should have all classes.
+Where's the Guild in Guild Wars?
Yous hould be able to side with farious factions.
It would work like the current Norn/Dwarf/Asura things.
+Classes!
Make all of them possible to solo with. Who hates henchies? The fact that my level four Dervish could deal more damage than my 29 Ranger/Necro is just sad.

(My first post!)

Thumbs down

-Market where you can put stuff for sale so you dont have to yell
"WTS ____" for 5 hours.

-hair style change

-more weapon types: two handed swords and axes etc.

-hair styles not linked to specific class.

-more events, for example: some tough bosses attacking cities trying to destroy it

-professions, for example: farmer - you can grow something, sell it for other profession which can make something out of them.

-show when your friend comes online.

-less "ThunderExplosionFlashFlameGlow" -effects for skills.
I just hate that every skill has somesort of flash effect..
yes they look cool but in worst cases they cause lag

-some "private places" which you can buy, for example a island,
where you can build a house and do some fishing lol
(fishing could be a profession).

-Mini games with funny rewards!

I think these all has been suggested but I am too lazy to read
whole thread and post those which are not suggested.

Deathless that's not a bad idea at all.
I allready mentioned a shop to sell certain stuff but I overlooked a market like yours.. would indeed be awsome if everyone could place their offers in a market for others to see (for a custom chosen price) and when sold, the money could just appear in the treasure box of whoever put the item on sale. Would indeed save us all a lot of time.

- market: agreed.

- hair style change: Agreed. I'd rather customize 1 warrior than make 100 just to find the right style >.<

- Weapon types: Agreed.

- Hair styles not linked to class: As long as they're linked to species :P

- More events: I think we have enough events as it is. I wouldn't mind more but not complaining

- Professions: No. I don't want to do in a game what I can do in real life. If there should be professions they should be something very different like: Golem Technician, Beast hunter, Shaman etc.

- Show when friends come online: Not that I'm too lazy to look in Friend list every once in a while but that might be a nice touch ;D

- Less effects: No. BETTER effects might be useful, but really imagine Ray of Light without the ray of light. Wouldn't make sense... *casts (invisible) fireball, enemy suddenly take damage, noone saw it coming, omgwtflol*
No sense >.<

- Private Places: If it worked a bit like a small Guild Hall then yes

- Mini Games: Like those we already have in GW1 that noone uses except when they want that Norn Crown, the asura skills and the dwarf skills? How many times have you done dwarven boxing?:P

That's It That's All

Warlock
SXTC's opinion about your idea's:

1. All Beasts Should Be Tameable ( Devourers, any animal )

Sextacy's answer: I understand where this comes from although wouldn't this make gameplay more confusing if you have to fight a certain enemy and your pet looks exactly the same? I see myself clicking on your pet all the time when I'm surrounded, not knowing if it's an enemy in the crowd of enemies who might look exactly the same.. would take a lot of valuable time.. if I click your pet by accident too much then I'd be dead in no time maybe they should just increase the selection of pets (more pet possibilities)?

2. Auction House

Sextacy's answer: Not a bad idea I think since it tends to get annoying to see trade spam in outposts and towns. If players had to go into an auction house for that it would increase the chances of them finding someone who wants to purchase and it would remove the annoyance for the rest of us. I can't answer in detail since I'm uncertain to how deep this idea extends in your mind (what details you have in mind about an auction house).

3. Mounts

Sextacy's answer: Mounts?... I believe you are talking about animals wich you can ride on such as horses? Perhaps not a wrong idea although I can't imagine me to be fighting from the back of a horse holding a magic stave.. would look a bit absurd don't you think ^^ although for the rest it could be a good idea to get around the map sooner, but realy neccessary? I guess that depends on how they are going to build GW2 seeing that in GW you could easily port to locations without the need of horses so mounts could become valuable or remain uneccessary.

4. Higher lvl Cap

Sextacy's answer: I allready saw mentioned that they are planning to change the max lvl to about 40 or even 100 so that grants you your wish in advance.

5. Not Having The Entire map to yourself (meeting other players in combat)

Sextacy's answer: Yes I mentioned the same idea earlier so I agree entirely, I'm glad to see someone who didn't read it feels the same about this. It would indeed be nice to be able to meet others more easily. But I understand that it might not be so simple to keep the servers stable if they would, so I realy hope they can make it possible (keep ping exellent and yet make things more social).

6. Random pvp Encounters ( an asura is out farming and see's a charr player... FIGHT)

Sextacy's answer: I'm not quite certain if I truly understand what you mean to say with this, but as long as you do not mean a mixture of PVP and PVE in the same area, I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea (other way around it would be).

7. Races Lots of em'

Sextacy's answer: Agreed, and I wouldn't mind if they added an unique ability to each race.

8. Dual Wielding all one handed axe's swords Etc...

Sextacy's answer: Yup mentioned this too, hope you got more likewise answers lined up since the more votes, the marrier ^^ I believe it's a good idea but I guess it's up to the builders of GW2 to aknowledge or denie that

9. Copper , Silver and Gold I like the idea of copper then silver then GOLD instead of only gold coins.

Sextacy's answer: Hmm it needs a little more.. When I first read this idea I considered it to be a potent possibility although you've gotto ask yourself the question... "why" make it copper, silver and gold.. whats the use? It wouldn't save space in inventory since we allready have platinums to take care of that.. Think about the use of copper, silver and gold and then explain to us "how" it could be important? When should you find wich? How would this affect item prices in shops? I realy hope you do give us an explenation about your idea because I think you are on to something...

10. Swimming Jumping and more accesibility to the world.

Sextacy's answer: I would be lying if I claimed to be up to date about GW2 and I'm too lazy to read the wikki although I heard a rumor that you would be able to swim and jump in GW2 so perhaps you might be getting what you want.

11. Different Territories (E.g. Charr Homelands Can Be Raided By Humans and asura)

Sextacy's answer: Do you mean a territory would be race related (only accessable by certain races)? Because I'm a little confused about what you are trying to say with this.

12. Guns (guns should be introduced for rangers etc)

Sextacy's answer: Guns? are you saying a ranger should be able to use modern warfare weapons? I doubt they are going to introduce that since it would seriously unbalance gameplay on the battlefield.. A sword wouldn't be able to win against a gun.. and I doubt they can make much "logical" skills to use when holding a gun. But then again, GW is more like RPG, not FPS so I guess it's normal that were not into guns..

13. New Professions such as mage, warlock, Blood Knights anything kool !

Sextacy's answer: I admit it would be nice to have more professions but I believe they were allready planning building more or exchanging most of the old ones. In GW1 the choises were indeed too limited, having a class or 10 is acceptable, but having 12/20 classes would make the game a lot more fun.

14. Party up to 5 people for farming and 10+ for misions Etc...

Sextacy's answer: Problem with farming is that the enemies usualy spread to whoever is around so if you have 5 enemies and 5 people to farm them, killing one enemy each wouldn't realy count as farming (most farmers are uber enough to do it themselves = more loot for 1) and therefor it's not quite pleasing to share whatever loot you might find from a few enemies seeing as they don't always drop stuff.
Having a larger party however, that I agree with.

15. RAIDS we need territories as i mentioned earlier so that races that are at war kan Pwn Eachother !!!!!

Sextacy's answer: Nice idea but keep in mind that it would damage or even wreck server stability/ping. Maybe they have a server heavy enough to make this happen but I doubt any company wants to pay for it's costs, ah heck.. who knows . Nice idea nonetheless.

16. Less Loading (everytime i go to a different area it loads)

Sextacy's answer: They do that to buffer so you and other players might enjoy a good ping/connection (no slows).

17. Pets, Mounts And Weapons Etc... Should Be Shown In Towns ( i didnt buy that elemental Sword Just To Show It Off To Npc's!)

Sextacy's answer: I won't argui with this idea, sounds a bit like final fantasy but I wouldn't mind seeing mounts and weapons and such in town. It would infact make me feel more proud about the items I've earned so far and watching others drool at them without having to show them to everyone seperately

18. Minions (like a ranger a Warlock or necro should have summonable Minions)

Sextacy's answer: A ranger has it's pets, a necro it's minions.. keep in mind that the only reason why necro is used is because it has minions so if you realy want this idea to pull through, they'd have to make it so that everyone besides necro's that use summons would have their minions experience a health degen rate, the necromancer's minions should NOT suffer health degenerate. But ofcourse this is just my opinion and you have yours wich I highly respect

19. Spells More Obvious (instead of a green blob flying out of my staff why not have an electric line fly out from it *a Line Of Lightening*

Sextacy's answer: Not a bad idea, you've got my vote. More effects it is.

20. Ladt but Not Least I think you should be able to jump off that extra large cliff or building Make The Area More Accesible ( have merchants inside buildings)

Sextacy's answer: This can be possible although they'd have to seriously fix something about this.. it's not easy to just implement this idea since no one would fight through the map, they'd just skip it by jumping off cliffs

i say all animals tameable is better WoW does it and it works fine GW should do it 2 i find it rather disapointing they dont...

Mounts - you are dismounted in comba

Guns- do the same damage as bows play a WoW tutorial would you XD

and no for territories im saying that charr homelands would be full of charr like the main city and asura would have rata sum for example but the asura could raid charr homelands by entering charr territory a races territory is for that race (if another race enters it will not be able to use merchants and will be attacked by most if not all asuran players)

instead of making something 1p 500g make it 15 gold

100copper = 1silver
100sivler = 1gold
100 gold = 100gold

monsters would drop for example 3 copper at lvl 2 but at lvl 15 they might drop 80 copper or even 1 silver
then hard quests could give you up to 15 gold at the lvl cap something like this i think its more realistic and would just make monster drops a little easier

E.g. rather than saying 15000 gp you could say 15 gold or 1500 silver

copper is like pennies
silver is like dollars
gold is like hundred dollar bills

I think it just would be kool ... my opinion

Auction house- you go in talk to an npc put your item you wish to sell up place your starting bid and buyout price then leave then another player would walk in type sword of demons (eg) and mine would show up with the starting bid at 1 gold thne he could bid 3 gold then if another player walked in and offered higher he would have the winning bid and either the next time the person who placed the item in the auction house could take the highest bidders money and the item would be left for the highest bidder in his bank account automatically

either this or GW2 could introduce a mailing system so when the auction ends the highest bids money is sent to ones mailbox (or bank) and the item is sent to the highest bidders mailbox (or bank)

and i rli think mounts are a good idea

But seriously FLYING MOUNTS that would be awesome !!!!!

gotto be carefull though, reason why I play GW was cuss I had only 2 choises to pick from and I didn't like Wow for being too unrealistic and having too childish gameplay. I'm unsure if I'd like seeing somoene be shot multiple times and not die.. lol since bows are more old fashioned.. no one realy pays attention to the damage they are supposed to do for real. Keep one thing in mind though, IRL guns can do more damage then bows (arrows pierce, guns can shatter) so they'd have to do more damage then old weapons in the game too and that would end into everyone using a gun and no longer a bow from now on lol.
What makes GW so unique is it's calming nature enviroments, guns more belong at home in destructive enviroments and not the romantic ones we have now
Look man, I'm not trying to brake your idea down but if people were to see your weapons in town, I'm quite certain most people would find a gun more "cool" to swing around and other weapons would be forgotten.. at least thats what I believe might happen and even then.. I cannot imagine a game like GW using guns.. would make it another warhammer clone.

Ah so you mean to convert those locations to PVP like area's where only members of the same race are friendly?.. Although I'm unsure how this would affect the entire story though.. cannot have allies if all other races fight you off or treat you like a stranger by not letting you trade.. certainly there has to be some kind of politic bound between races.

Ah so an auction house where people can bid and where the people that offer their items for purchase can choose how long the bidding can last? I guess thats a good idea although keep in mind that even in GW people will do the same as they do online, bid very low till the last moment so you'll not earn much.. unless ofcourse you can choose at wich amount the bidding has to start, then you'll at least have that. Personally I would like it more that I would see an item in the shop at a pernament price where I can directly purchase it.. you can see it as a normal merchant that keeps showing whatever was sold and devides the items depending on it's kind or quality.

As for dismounting at battle.. I'm unsure bout that since there are run skills that would become useless, so unless they delete those skills and have them replaced with the mounts, there would be little use come to think of it...

and about the tameable pets, I'm uncertain but I think they chose other pets for the purpose of not confusing players on the battlefield (who to attack), but if they pick other colors for pets and adjust their size a little, I guess it might be possible.

(psst just to remind you again, I had a reminder not to double post and once not to tripple post on the same day, but you tripple posted and now posted 5 times in a row, try to put everything into one post next time before you run into a mod )

I'm sorry war1ock. but it sounds like you wish to make GW2 basically WoW...... GW HAS and never WILL be WoW, the idea is that they are two separate games, not just one cloned upon another.

Smile ! ! ! ! !

Also I Don't Think the fact that your characters all are in the same guild !
i want to make one character in a luxon guild and another in one that is kurzick they should all be seperate!

Each race should have special attributes e.g. asura have 5% higher intellect in asuran territory etc...

MOunts

all beats tameable - this would be excellent as there would be more variety and every1 wouldnt have the same 5 pets

weapons , mounts , pets should all be shown in towns and outposts

level cap shouldnt be 100 (its too high) but it shouldnt be 40 (this is a medium lvl) in my opinion a lvl cap of 60-80 would be best (i'd recomend 60 or 70)

Seriously War1ock, use the edit button if you want to add something to your post. A quintuple (?) will only get your face bashed by the mods. Makes it a lot easier to read too.

And it seems to me you enjoy WoW very much, and wanted to port everything WoW has over to GW... but maybe you can offer us some original ideas instead of ripping stuff from other games?

Exclamation

My former idea's were quite detailed but don't you guys find it odd that some people here say it all in a short kind of way and happen to say it the same way others just did? It's as if some people know one another and think idea's will be approved by the votes alone. But ofcourse idea's only get approved if they sound brilliant to the GW team.
Anyhow my wife is still in bed hehe so I'll add some more idea's to my allready mentioned list (wich can be found here http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...214062&page=70)
The ones I mentioned earlier are partialy aimed at the thought that the gameplay might resemble GW1 but I read that's not the case so I'll add some new possibilities here, anything to help games I like and ofcourse the people that build them

51th idea: More equipable body items.

Right now we have the possibility to wear 7 items on the body:

Chestplate
Headpiece
Main hand (for weapons)
Offhand (for secondary weapons such as daggers or shield)
Hands
Legs
Feet

I would add 3 extra bodywear pieces such as:

Amulet
Rings (preferred 2 pieces)
Bracers

52th idea: More hide & show possibilities

In Gw1 we have the possibility to hide/show our guild cloaks in town, same for the helmet although whatever is in the hand and offhand isn't shown at all.
In Gw2 they should introduce the possibility to show all items on your body in town (maybe a sword and shield on your back) and you should be able to have an option to hide/show the Helmet/Hand & Offhand/Amulet/Rings/Bracers/Cloaks

53th idea: Make characters stronger at what they do

In Gw1 it didn't realy matter wich character you played since every character was quite underpowered.. even with max armor a warior wasn't suitable to be on the front line and even if you took that armor off , you didn't die a whole lot faster at all as if the armor itself didn't realy matter. I believe that in Gw2 they should pay attention to these aspects and make sure that armor rating will matter and that characters max hp should be defined upon what character they make, not solely on the lvl. It is normal that a warior is hardened and should be able to take a whole lot more of damage then an elementalist. Elementalist then should have to do more elemental damage but have a lot less health (so others would have to defend them). Every character should have something they are strong at to make them unique from one another and yet be so strong at it, another character wouldn't have it easy to kill another (not like Gw1 where it's hard to kill yourself when trying to commit suicide...)

54th idea: Enhancing runes to carry with you

Gw2 should allow the possibility to carry a max of 5 unique runes in your inventory (name of that rune should still be chosen) that allow your character to gain certain advantages, just by carrying them (if I had to compare with Gw1 I'd say I'd give such a rune +30hp/+3en/+3phys.dmg/+3 ele.dmg or +20 armor for example. But I cannot paste real numbers on it since this is about Gw2 and not Gw1.

55th idea: Day & Night & weather

Gw2 should have 2 diffirent songs for each area/location depending on wether it is day or night (yup I mean introducing a time system). Weather should also be also be introduced, I believe none of the players would mind looking at an enemy party from a distance, at night when it's stormy or windy.. would be nice to work out strategy if you get the impression if you are realy "in" the game by making it more realistic. Also right now when you get in a fight you hear a battle song, there should also be an option to turn that off/on for players that like to hear the normal music instead. Also, the music has to be "mystique" and with this I mean well pondered upon, awsome, addictive.. I realy hope they can pull this off.

56th idea: Less caps

Arenanet had put a cap on almost everything Gw1 starting from the max level but the most annoying factor was the fact that none of the skills were superior and most of the elite skills were quite inferior to what was suposed to be lesser. I advice to introduce a system that allows your skills to become stronger with your lvl and with the choises you come to make (equipment & runes, etc..). It is definatly not FUN to know that everyone that runs around carrying the same skill on the same lvl do exactly the same amount of damage... A player should be able to make it's character Uber. I don't see why a noob should get advantages when they can work for it like the rest of us. I've never had much money on Gw1 so you can count me with the poor ones, but I'd rather earn my stuff then knowing that it won't get me anyhwere at all. At most I can call it very discouraging knowing I have to spend (waste) my time knowing that I won't gain any advantages at all (something to be proud about).

57th idea: Disable skill usage screen

It was a realy annoying choise of Arenanet to allow other players to see wich skills you were using just by pressing on your character name from the party list during battle.
Everyone has been copying what I like to call an uber skill combination. In the beginning someone paid me 30k to share my healer build at free will !! since none died and I was the only monk. I like to get known for my skills and I won't achieve that if everyone is able to just copy my build entirely... I spent a lot of hours trying to find the best possible build and I like to be the only one rewarded for MY invested time. So I suggest you turn this option back off so no one can see what other players use on the battlefield, during, before & after.

58th idea: More skills/spells

I like to brainstorm over builds, years back on Neverwinternights I remade one single character 70 times until it became what I had in mind. Gw makes it easier not having to remake your character all the time. Although sometimes I'm discouraged because eventhough there are a lot of skills/spells in total.. I believe there aren't enough skills/spells that resemble one another. Let me explain.
In Gw1 I notice some skills/spells that have another name but do exactly the same (copies) wich I personally don't like. But lets say that I would want to make a sword warior, I'd say there aren't enough choises to pick from.. and it's the same for all skills/spells, if I had 5 extra choises to pick from I'd find it acceptable. I realy don't like to use some skills because of their poor performance or what they do what doesn't always fit into our strategical builds, but when we become selective, usualy only 3-4 skills/spells are left to work with wich is not much at all.

59th idea: Raise armor rating by lvl

In real life armor plating is heavy to have on you, I thought it wouldn't be bad to implement the same idea in Gw2.
You have to assume that the higher lvl a character is, the more endurance (health) it will have. And more endurance means that your character is getting used to wearing their armor over battle, meaning they get used to the armor weight they carry. This would also mean they would have to feel more at home in armor and that the armor would therefor be used the way it should be. So I don't see it as a wrong idea to allow armor to grant more armor rating when you lvl up. Also I seriously disadvice giving lower lvls the same armor rating as higher lvls, would give rich players an advantage over the rest wich isn't the case and I never quite saw one that carries armor use it as skilled as one that would have been using it for years, makes no sense.. thats something they'd do in WoW.

(uh oh the wife woke up and she isn't very happy with me still going on bout the idea's ^^)

60th idea: Allignment to the stars

I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to give players the possibility to adjust their builds even further by allowing them to select a certain sign in the stars (made up) that would affect the stats/skills/spells of your characters. Here are some idea's:

Sign of the Warior: Gives strength bonus
Sign of the Steed: Gives speed bonus
Sign of the Wizard: Gives energy bonus
Sign of the Golem: Gives health bonus
.... I'm not gona mention them all since chances are small this idea will get approved but when it would, it's up to them to figure out the details

I also consider it to be a possible nice idea to grant players access to a specific avatar wich they can change into once every 10 minutes and lasts 2 minutes and wich would allow them to further increase their advantage bonus.

61th idea: Guild rank re-assignment (safety measure)

Right now we have a system that automaticly makes one of the officers the new guildleader if the leader itself is offline for too long. But when that leader gets back, that former officer usualy refuses to give the leadership back... (experienced it with my guild) so they should implement a new option that allows a leader to choose "when" one should be replaced (the time length of away) and choose an officer who you choose to replace you once this time has passed. Just in case the clan ends up in the hands of someone uncapable of running a guild.

62th idea: Double side of the proffession coin

Guildwars provides awsome characters although sometimes its a shame to see it lacks something we would rather want for our characters. Casters suck at combat and Wariors suck at Casting (because of the low energy regen mostly). But what if you were able to choose at creation? What if you would be able to turn your smiting monk into a monk that can use his weapons and feet as weapons?
What about a warior that can cast spells & at the same time use the staff as a battering stick?
I don't consider it a bad idea to grant the possibility to choose wether you want your character to concentrate purely on casting/fighting or on both at the same time, it wouldn't give much of a disadvantage considering the energy degen rate afterall.. and the lesser armor ratings take care of the other problem.

63th idea: Chance to block with shields

We all know that carrying two handed weapons allows a player to do more damage wich is nice "and" they should increase that amount of damage. In gw1 carrying a shield only adds to the max amount of defense wich is quite senseless.. I believe that shields should have a certain chance of blocking on them, depending on how unique/good they are, allowing you to block hits once in a while, ofcourse there should be some skills/spells to counter this effect by decreasing the chance of success.. but not too many or this idea will serve no purpose at all.

64th idea: Possible new races and their stats
(abilities wich you can upgrade like in Gw1 in case they descide to use a similar system).

Marksman: - Feared for their precission & determination to carry out a task without mercy

Concentration: increase chance for your shots to "penetrate" the effect of skills/spells that would temporaly "conceal" enemies from possible damage, high concentration also increases projectile speed.

Short distance specialisation: Increases damage of projectiles when fired at a short distance & increases accuracy(short distance doesn't mean close combat!).

Long distance specialisation: Increases damage of projectiles when fired at a long distance (long distance means the weapon should be fired as far away as possible to the current weapon, firing closer with a long distant weapon would decrease weapon damage output).

Ample projectile: Concentrates on skills/spells that allow the marksman to add a certain type of damage to the projectile depending on what skill or spells is used. (example: if you use a normal bow with physical damage and you use a fire skill, your arrow wouldn't set enemies on fire, instead it would "add" fire damage and you'd end up doing physical AND fire damage at the same time for a limited amount of time for as long the skill/spell lasts.

Savage: (or predator) - Referred to as a savage for being isolated from the rest of the modern/social world although they are revered for their hunting skills & known for their speed, agility and their ability to survice on their own. They hunt using their bare hands or customized beastial claws.

Survival: Each point in survival gives the savave a chance to double the effects of all his skills/spells during activation at the same cost.

Awareness: Each point in survival extends the duration of skills/spells that allow the Savage to avoid physical or elemental damage.

Phsysical training: Each point in physical training allows the savage to attack faster without the use of a skill/spell and adds to the damage dealth by hands/claws.

Canibalism: Each point in canibalism allows the savage to gain more advantages from its prey.

(example: when using a skill that allows you to gain health per hit temporarily, you would gain +1 additional health steal every 5 points in canibalism and +1 energy steal every 6 but these are just examples wich prolly won't be the same for Gw2)

Summoner: - Feared for their ability to summon & controll invincible beastial ghosts from the rifts.
(when you summon a beast, you turn into that beast and you get other skills wich you cannot choose yourself, when your beast is severely weakened it turns back to the rifts and you are man again while suffering a big hp loss (hp should only be lost AFTER loosing the transformation, transformation spells should have a long wait time for use and there should be more then one).

Summoning: Each point in summoning will decrease the severe health sacrifice for using a summoning skill.

Rift connection: Each point in rift connection will strengthen the bonds with the rifts while in summoned form, increasing the effectiveness/strength & duration of all skills/spells that causes your summon to become more dangerous on the field.

Connective link: Each point in connective link allows players that do not wish to become a summoner, to use other skills instead that allow the player to target enemies and have them attacked by summoned animals. The more points in connective link, the more animals that will be summoned at the same time to attack that target (every 3points in connective link will allow an extra animal to attack the enemy)

Ofcourse like I stated earlier, there's no way of me knowing in advance if the builds mentioned can even work for Gw2 so lets keep the choises to arenanet, having said that lets move to my next idea.

65th idea: "Away from computer" options

I find it annoying to see myself be killed by enemies that run a waypoint when I'm away to the toilet for a short period of time.. even then standing still doesn't earn me experience.. so this makes me wonder.. could it be possible to insert an option that would allow me to give a command to my character when not controlled, so when it would get attacked, it would strike back and kill all enemies in close range/sight automaticly. Or maybe even an option that allows a character to automaticly run to the end of the mission map fighting..

More idea's to come... (going for 100)

I hope they don't make it a WoW clone for one or I won't buy it !

Anyhow why do people keep adding hairstylist.. sounds kinda sissy to me (no offense people but realy.. this is a game, not a body treatment center).

I thought a face customization like the one available in "Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" would be a handy adjustment. Or something even more advanced. Playing a character that's face looks much like our own always gives a nice thrill to the gaming experience. What do U guys think about it?

Well I for one think it's a good idea although if they'd use the Elder scrolls system, I'd recommend for them to use more standard faces & hairstyles for those that don't wish to spend too much time editting faces

Ok, on the topic of WoW clones... admittedly the WoW engine has a lot of good things going for it, very diverse gameplay etc etc, BUT theres one thing that keeps me off it which is the realm system, being able to play with 10,000 of the 10 mil is just not enough imo so therefore i believe there should be a DISTRICT not a REALM system in GW2.

Warlocks sounds cool xD

The 3 I marked with fat will not be there, that is already for sure. The rest probably will. A thing that made GW so unique is the secondary profession so I think they're gonna keep that
